Now pass the liquid through a sieve so that there are no plant fibers left in the lemonade later. For an ideal summer drink, put a few ice cubes in a nice glass and fill it with the lemon-orange-turmeric booster. In winter, you can also enjoy the booster at room temperature. As a decoration, put an orange slice on the glass. If you wish, you can now add black pepper and a little olive oil to the lemonade. This allows the secondary plant substance curcumin from turmeric to be better absorbed by the body. 🍋 🌿Lemon-ginger-basil booster Ingredients: 0.5 l water 2 lemons 1 piece of ginger Handful of fresh basil 2-4 tsp yacon syrup Decoration: ice cubes, fresh basil Preparation: Put the peeled lemons and peeled ginger in a blender with the water and syrup and mix well. Pass the liquid through a sieve so that the lemonade is free of plant fibers. Now put the lemonade back in the blender, add fresh basil and mix everything well again. You can of course add the basil to the mixture from the start, but then the mixture would be a monotonous greenish color. If you mix twice separately, small pieces of basil will remain, which creates a beautiful, fresh play of colors. But that's a matter of taste. Now put ice cubes in a glass, fill with the lemon-ginger-basil booster and decorate with fresh basil. In winter, serve without ice for a pure taste experience.
