50 years of Calw district - the new image film 2023: "The Tour of Calw District" For its 50th anniversary in 2023, the Calw district has received a new image film that captures the current zeitgeist in the district. In this entertaining, humorous road movie, the people in the region are the focus: locals and tourists travel together in a sightseeing bus on a day tour through the Calw district. Led by the dedicated bus driver Toni, who loves his job and his home, they learn a lot about the career prospects and leisure opportunities in the district, about volunteering, traditions and culture. Toni is very open to fellow travelers and not only provides them with personal tips. After several stops, the bus finally reaches a festival in Hirsau. "The Calw district offers its residents and guests a life with a perfect work-life balance" - this core theme is summed up in the middle of the film, when stressed city managers rush to forest bathing and try to catch their breath in the silence of the forest with the help of a trainer. The fact that the entire story ends up being an impressive 13 minutes is more like a short film, but you don't want to miss a second of this somewhat different image film. Because as it says on the warm welcome signs on the streets of the Calw district: "It's beautiful here!" Or, to put it in Toni's words: "It's simply lovely here! Simply lovely!"
