About :

IGE Erlebnisreisen and Eisenbahn-Romantik took the 90th anniversary of the 01 series as an opportunity for a ten-day special steam train journey through Germany. In addition to 03 2155, seven 01s were used. The round trip began on Friday 31 July in Nuremberg and ended there again on 9 August. Thanks to friends and acquaintances, I was able to photograph the special train on the first day of the journey. I was also able to film/photograph the morning departures on the second and fifth days of the journey. I will show these recordings in the next parts. In this part you can see 001 150, 001 180, 01 1533 and 01 0509 in action in the best weather - on the first day of the journey from Nuremberg to Dresden. Enjoy watching!
