The combat vehicle contained a number of other high-ranking IDF officers responsible for Israeli military operations. However, only one person was seriously injured in the bombing. The one person was a general who was seriously injured to the point of being in critical condition. The IDF admitted that the armored vehicle carrying the military officers was the target of enemy bombing. The seriously injured general was a commander of the Menashe Brigade. He was transferred to a more sophisticated hospital to receive medical treatment. As is known, Israel has been attacking Tulkarm since Monday (12/24). The Israeli military deployed snipers around the buildings of Tulkarm. Clashes occurred between Palestinian and Israeli fighters around the Al-Ain camp during the operation.
