There are many restaurants in front of the station, and famous fast food restaurants seem to be crowded with people. It is also convenient for shopping, as it takes only 5 minutes by train to get to Kinshicho. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Shinjuku Station without transfers, and the average rent for a one-room apartment is 61,000 yen, which is reasonable for a single person.
