I will live in Izu in the future (Definitely) Apart from this photo shoot, I once went camping in Izu with a friend. At that time, we decided to try some local specialties, so we went to eat something called a wasabi bowl. If you look it up, you'll find that this wasabi bowl only has bonito flakes and wasabi on top of rice, which makes you wonder if you can really eat rice with that, but when I actually went to a restaurant and tried it, the raw wasabi wasn't that spicy, so I was able to eat it surprisingly well. It's a strange sensation that even though you're eating wasabi, it doesn't sting that much, so if you go to Izu, please try it. When you grate the wasabi yourself, all that's left at the end is the stem of the wasabi, and this stem is the most delicious in the world, so be sure to eat the stem as well.
