Hello. In this video I tried to show the main points in some detail, but tried not to tire you =). I started disassembling the engine by draining the oil, removing the generator and intake manifold, as well as the chain covers. I deliberately did not remove the cylinders, since it is more convenient to split the engine in half. Next, I removed the clutch basket and the drive sprocket from the crankshaft journal. After that, I unscrewed the bolts for a flat screwdriver around the engine, knocked out two bushings from the back and front parts. Using the same flat screwdriver, I split the engine of the Izh Jupiter 5 motorcycle in half. Since it was cold in the garage, I could not continue disassembling the engine, I began to freeze. Therefore, I decided to split the video into two parts, so as not to torture myself and not to tire you. Enjoy watching! =)
