About :

Being at the seaside I decided to take a ride on the narrow gauge railway (NKW). Being at the starting station (in Trzęsacz) I recorded the arrival of a tourist train going to Pogorzelica, which was to change direction and return to Pogorzelica. From the beginning of the film you can see the train arriving and the camera was pointed at the train the whole time. After a few seconds a family entered from the right (a man, a woman and two preschool children) and at the crossing they stopped when they saw the train coming. Then when the train passed they started walking to the other side of the tracks, in the meantime the gentleman looked at the train entering the station for a split second and then turned around abruptly. In the original version of the recording (not blurred) you can only see 4 people whose identity cannot be determined because they are a small detail and are practically invisible. The beginning of the recording clearly indicates that the main purpose of the film was the train arriving. A moment later, during the ride, the gentleman found me in a different carriage than he was sitting in. He grabbed the phone from my hand and started pulling me around asking for my pin. Upon my demand to give me back my property, he said he was an officer of the Internal Security Agency. At that point, I asked him to introduce himself and show his service ID and tell me how his superior was. He did not respond to any of this information, but told me not to care. He insisted that I show him all the recordings where I (allegedly on purpose) recorded him and his family. After showing him these recordings, he ordered me to delete it all immediately, I told him that I could possibly delete it if you called the Police. I also said that in addition to me, other people were recording the same thing at that moment. After which the aforementioned gentleman began to attack me with vulgar insults. EDIT: I recently found this gentleman on a recording from the Civic Platform's 2023 election campaign in Bytom. When he was given a microphone to ask Donald Tusk a question, he began to speak vulgarly to the current Prime Minister.
