Ingredients: 110g soft butter 150g sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 packet of vanilla sugar (8g) 7g baking powder 2 large eggs 150g flour fruit 300-400g mixture of sugar, cinnamon and cardamom optional: powdered sugar Beat the butter with sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. Add flour and baking powder. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the pan. Press the fruit pieces into the dough. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and cardamom. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes in a PREHEATENED oven. If the oven has a forced-air circulation, then the temperature is 160 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle the finished cooled pie with icing sugar. I have a 26 cm springform pan, but 24 cm is better, then the pie will be fluffier! INGREDIENTS: 1) 110 grams soft butter 2) 150 grams of sugar 3) 1 pinch of salt 4) 2 large eggs 5) 150 grams of flour plus 7 gr of baking powder 300-400 gr of fruits 2 t.spoons cinnamon sugar Make a soft douge with the 5 ingredients above. Spread the douge into a 26 cm diameter mold. Press lightly fruit halves into the douge and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
