This video is for big fans of potatoes, poached eggs and creamy sauces. I cooked Toupinel Eggs (Oeufus Toupinel) according to the recipe of three-Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse. This simple dish not only pleased me with its taste, but also took me back to my childhood, when my friends and I baked potatoes on coals. For the first time in my life, I cooked poached eggs using the technique described by Paul Bocuse in his book Golden Recipe Collection, and also for the first time cooked Mornay sauce. It is difficult for me to judge whether I got the very flavors that Paul Bocuse wanted to share with me, but I can definitely say: It was incredibly delicious! Friends, I recommend this dish!
