I installed a Bolany brand cartridge (with return adjustment) on my bike's Absolute Prime SL suspension, which I bought on Alie Express (link below). I'm not a mechanic, my intention is not to teach how to install it, but to show that with a little study and basic tools, you can do some maintenance yourself at home, if you like to tinker with your bike like I do.
