Who says car modifications have to be expensive? I did budget tuning with only 5 lei and gained 15 horsepower! So it's clear, it's possible...I gained 15 horsepower with 5 lei modifications, but it's not necessarily something I'd recommend people do. The reasons why this change is problematic are explained at the end of the vlog. The car in the video is an Audi A4 B5, non-facelift, from 1995, with the famous 1.9TDI engine of 90 horses, ALH.
