What would happen if we woke up one morning, went for a run on an empty stomach and tried to do cardio all day long? How many calories can we burn the most by working out all day? To find answers to these questions, I decided to try doing cardio for 24 hours. I started the day by running outdoors on an empty stomach in the morning, then I rode a bike, jumped rope, played basketball, walked on the treadmill and calculated how many calories I burned in all these activities. I wanted to observe the effect of only doing a lot of exercise on my body without changing the calories I took in during the day. I weighed myself at the beginning and end of the experiment and recorded the change in my weight. Since I know that people will wonder how much of the weight I lost was from fat, I also explained the questions of how much fat can be burned in 1 day or how much weight can be lost. In this age when fast weight loss is a big distraction, I summarized the disadvantages of losing weight with only cardio, such as walking or running, and everything you need to know about cardio. Towards the end of the video, I also made suggestions on how to balance your calories and cardio in order to lose weight without losing muscle.
