Today it's about the Simson engine for my Cross, I'm going to start building my engine with you, a Jw Sport 85ccm cylinder will be installed, I'll show you how I build the engine and give you tips on how I personally build the engine and what to look out for here. A 28 Polini carburetor will be installed together with a Ronge Motorsport primary drive and an RZT clutch, I've opted for a Langtuning 85 EVO crankshaft with roller bearings. The gearbox is from Ronge Motorsport and is extra reinforced, the roller bearings are extremely robust and durable, the wide rollers mean the bearing has an extremely high load-bearing capacity. The Pro Seal clutch lever has a double seal towards the gearbox (first seal is a shaft seal that sits in a CNC-machined aluminum sealing plate, second seal is the series 0-ring that sits on the lever shaft), so no dirt, water or fuel (from the carburetor overflow) can get into the gearbox and thus damage the 6000 ball bearing or contaminate the gearbox oil.
