Line 1 - 2 baking trays with baking paper. Put the cheese and mozzarella in the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds/speed 6 and transfer to a bowl. Put the cured ham in the mixing bowl and chop for 2 seconds/speed 4 and also transfer to the bowl with the chopped cheese. Put the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl, chop for 5 seconds/speed 5 and push down with the spatula. Add the oil and sauté for 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry on the work surface. Add the tomato paste, strained tomatoes, salt and pizza seasoning to the mixing bowl and mix for 7 seconds/speed 4. Distribute the tomato sauce on the puff pastry and spread it. Sprinkle the ham and cheese mixture on top and roll the dough up along the long side. Cut slices of about 1.5 cm thick from the dough roll, place them on the prepared baking tray with enough space between them and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 - 200°C.
