Do you already know red pointed cabbage? No? Then you should definitely try it! In contrast to normal red cabbage, it is wonderfully tender and very juicy. I cut the red pointed cabbage into wedges and spread it with a mix of walnuts and apple. Then you can sprinkle bacon, feta or more walnuts on top, depending on your taste. And then into the oven.
