Recipe for Mrs. Władzia's apple pie 🍏 Ingredients: 2 cups of flour 2 tablespoons of margarine 🧈 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder 1 tablespoon of sugar (Mrs. Władzia doesn't like very sweet cakes, so you can add more to taste) 5 egg yolks 🥚 About 3 kg of Antonovka apples 🍏 1 gooseberry jelly Cinnamon (to taste) Preparation: Knead the shortcrust pastry from flour, margarine, baking powder, sugar and yolks. Divide it into two parts - a larger one for the bottom, a smaller one for the crumble - and put in the freezer. ❄️ Peel the apples, cut them and add the gooseberry jelly and cinnamon to enhance the flavor.
