Hello friends. Hyundai has officially unveiled its Range Rover, and I'm not kidding. The Koreans have unveiled an updated version of their popular three-row crossover Palisade, and it looks a lot like a Range Rover. I've already talked about the new product in a recent video, but only now have the Koreans revealed all the technical features and held an official premiere. Let's start with the design. One of the main changes to the Palisade was its new appearance. The Koreans love to change literally everything in a restyling, so now the car offers more angular and masculine shapes than its predecessor, which visually brings it closer to luxury crossovers like the Range Rover. The length of the model has grown by 65 mm and now stands at an impressive 5,060 mm, and the wheelbase has increased by 70 mm, reaching 2,970 mm. The increase in dimensions is especially noticeable in the interior, which has become even more spacious. This is the brand new Corvette ZR1 and it is simply a crazy chariot on wheels and now I will prove it to you. The trick is that Chevrolet introduced the new product a long time ago, but only now the company has published the dynamic capabilities of its supercar. To do this, the company conducted tests on a high-speed oval track in Papenburg, Germany. The result is simply stunning. The Corvette ZR1 managed to develop a maximum speed of 375 km / h, which makes the new product the fastest car ever created by General Motors. But the maximum speed is only one facet of the ZR1. The new Corvette also amazes with its acceleration dynamics. Since Americans measure acceleration in miles, the company gave the corresponding results. The car spends only 2.3 seconds to accelerate to 60 miles per hour, and I remind you that this is almost 97 km / h. This figure makes it the fastest Corvette in the history of the brand, ahead of even the hybrid E-Ray, which accelerates to the same mark in 2.5 seconds. Porsche continues to change its tune on the fly, facing a number of problems regarding electrification. Let me remind you that the Germans previously announced their ambitious plans: that by 2030, 80% of the brand's sales should come from electric cars. Particular attention is drawn to the project to transform the iconic mid-engine sports cars Cayman and Boxster into fully electric versions. These cars have long gained popularity due to their outstanding dynamic characteristics and control balance, and the task of maintaining these qualities when switching to electric traction turned out to be extremely difficult. According to the German publication Automobilwoche, Porsche is experiencing difficulties in achieving a similar level of controllability and drive that current models with internal combustion engines offer.
