Mutti and @MortenMünster have gone back to the kitchen. Our @maxmynster has become a student and it needs to be celebrated! And what is the best way to celebrate? A STUDENT BREAD of course! Take a look in Mutti and Morten's kitchen, where they actually manage to make a cake that tastes good! You can get the recipe here: Shortcrust pastry: 300 g wheat flour 100 g icing sugar 2 pinches salt 150 g cold butter 2 eggs 2.5-3 kg cake (leftovers such as layer cake bases and brownies) 2 bottles of rum 200 g cocoa 1 bottle of jam without lumps Glaze 500 g icing sugar Water Crumble Shortcrust pastry: Mix flour, icing sugar and salt in a bowl. Crumble the butter in this. Beat the egg together and pour it into the dough little by little until you can gather the dough into a ball. Wrap the shortcrust pastry in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees Roll the shortcrust pastry to the size of the tin and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Divide the cake scraps into smaller pieces, add cocoa, jam and rum essence and stir. Or in a mixer. Stir the mixture until it is smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled shortcrust pastry. Mix water and icing sugar and spread over the cake. Sprinkle with crumble. WELCOME!
