Background: The computer does not turn on or emit any signal. The cause is the power supply. Initially the power supply has no standby voltage. By replacing the oscillator IC and a resistor, the power supply works again. However, the HP computer emits a red alert with 4 beeps that does not allow the computer to start, so the computer must be forced to turn on by short-circuiting the green and black cables.
