The new steam function Plus enables temperatures of up to 120°C, which means more vitamins and nutrients are retained. With the innovative digital control rings, the Bosch ovens can be operated and baked perfectly, offering an incomparable baking experience. All Bosch household appliances can also be controlled with a smartphone thanks to Home Connect. The ovens can be connected via my Sally's World app so that all setting values ​​from the recipe can be sent directly to the oven. This means that the heating type, temperature and time no longer have to be set manually. The oven measures the oxygen and moisture levels inside and switches off when the cake is perfectly cooked. I also really like using the baking sensor, as it allows me to get perfectly cooked baked goods. The browning sensor allows you to determine the individual degree of browning for dishes such as lasagne, flatbread, pizza and more. Baking has never been so easy.
