✅ Secure your spot on the COMPLETE Photoshop Course for Beginners: https://lojaphotoshop.com.br/curso-de... ???? Do the math and find out which is the best computer for you to make your edits: https://razorcomputadores.com.br/work... In this tutorial, we will learn how to transform an image into a Vector in Photoshop in just a few steps. I used images from the Pixabay website during the class: https://pixabay.com/pt/ But feel free to use your own photos too. 1. The first step is to cut out the character or object you want to vectorize. This selection can be done in several ways, I used Select / Object, which is a more automatic way, and I finished the details with the Polygonal Lasso tool. But you can also use the Quick Selection tool, and even the Pen in the Path option, which will save you a step. (which is as follows) 2. After selecting, right-click on the selection and choose the Create Work Path option. This is where we turn a simple selection into a Vector in Photoshop. This Path can be increased or reduced to any size without losing quality. 3. Now we turn this Path into a Custom Shape by going to the main menu Edit / Define Custom Shape. With this, we will always have this vector saved in our Shapes gallery and we will be able to change color, stroke color, etc. Did you like the tutorial?
