To talk more about it, I hosted Yasser Al-Hazimi, a certified trainer with experience in giving courses and lectures in the field of “developing relationships and communication skills.” Al-Hazimi says: “You must enter relationships with a sword, a sheath, and a shield.” He points out that a person should achieve balance in his relationships, without excess kindness that breaks him or violence that distances others from him. He then spoke to me about the most important pillars of human relationships, as our dealings with others are only a reflection of our relationship with God, as well as our relationship with ourselves. He also mentioned to me the correct form of relationships, as a person should not show himself in a way that is far from his reality, and he confirms that this is one of the reasons that lead to sadness and depression. I also asked him about self-love and the difference between it and vanity. Then, in my conversation with him, I moved on to individualism, the decline of the family, and human relationships in light of social media. We concluded the episode by talking about the relationship between the sexes in marriage or work environments in light of the changing society.
