The question, however, is whether it is worth saving such plants, how to do it and what are the risks associated with it? First of all, it is worth examining such a plant carefully so as not to bring home an entire pest farm or infect your own plants with viral or bacterial diseases. We carefully examine the top and bottom of the leaves, the stems, and if we have such a possibility, we also look into the roots. We pay attention to moving insects, wet spots spread on the leaves, an unpleasant smell and soft rotting fragments. If we decide to take the plant home, we pull it out of the ground, cut off all rotten or dried-out fragments of roots and stems and all leaves with spots. We wash the plant and plant it in fresh, permeable soil.
