In this video, I show you step by step how to transplant a palm into a larger pot. I talk about the materials needed, the appropriate pot, and what to remember after transplanting. The palm in the photo is Chamaedorea elegans. I also invite you to my blog, where I write about how to properly water palms: https://bambusowysen.pl/jak-prawidlow... For transplanting I use: A ceramic pot with an elongated shape, the so-called 'palm trees', necessarily with a hole in the bottom Soil for palms and green plants (Compo, link: https://www.oaza-palmy.pl/ziemia/601-...) Garden perlite (link: https://www.oaza-palmy.pl/ziemia/569-... Expanded clay (link: https://www.oaza-palmy.pl/ziemia/570-...) Important: do not fertilize the palms for about 6 weeks after transplanting, so that they can take root well. To fertilize the palms, you can use, for example, the following fertilizers: Compo for palms and green plants (this is what I use myself, link: https://www.oaza-palmy.pl/nawozy/268-...) Agrecol for palms Florowit for palms, yuccas and dracaenas
