The biggest problem with this carburettor is excessive play on the throttle valve, the repair consisted of improving the hole in the carburettor and making a new throttle valve from scratch. I did such a repair for the first time and spent many hours on it, making such a throttle valve and improving the hole in the carburettor is very time-consuming. If I had to pay for all this, the repair would be very expensive and it would be cheaper to buy another carburettor. Despite many adversities, I managed to achieve the intended goal, which was to repair the excessive play in my carburettor. I managed to do it thanks to my knowledge and skills, big thanks to my good friend who provided me with the machines for this repair. Im heutigen Material zeige ich Ihnen, wie ich es geschafft habe, den BVF-Vergaser, der in MZ ETZ-Motorrädern verbaut ist, zu regenerieren. Das größte Problem bei diesem Vergaser ist das übermäßige Spiel mit der Drosselklappe, die Reparatur bestand darin, das Loch im Vergaser zu korrigieren und eine neue Drosselklappe von Grund auf neu zu bauen. Ich habe zum ersten Mal eine solche Reparatur durchgeführt und viele Stunden damit verbracht, so eine Drosselklappe zu machen und das Loch im Vergaser zu korrigieren ist sehr zeitaufwendig, wenn ich das alles bezahlen müsste, wäre die Reparatur sehr teuer und es wäre billiger, einen anderen Vergaser zu kaufen.Trotz vieler Widrigkeiten habe ich es geschafft, mein Ziel zu erreichen, übermäßiges Spiel in meinem Vergaser zu reparieren. Ich konnte es dank meines Wissens und meiner Fähigkeiten tun, ein großes Dankeschön an meinen guten Freund, der mir die Maschinen für diese Reparatur zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Im nächsten Material geht es um den Einbau des Vergasers und die erste Inbetriebnahme nach der Reparatur. Mein kleiner Traum ist es, eine eigene CNC-Fräsmaschine zu haben!
