How to prepare for a ketogenic diet? A shopping list for beginners! In today's video, I show a very minimalist shopping list/products that I use on a ketogenic diet. I would like to emphasize that this is a list for keto adaptation, later this menu can be more diversified. Despite many recorded videos, I still get questions about how to start a ketogenic diet, so we start with the basics, namely a list of products that we will need to create a menu for keto adaptation. As I mentioned in the video, if you have your favorite products from another company, as long as they have a good composition, you can definitely use them. As for the quantity, I give an example amount, but if you cook for the whole family, you will definitely need a slightly larger amount. Keto shopping list: 4 packages of kabanos sausages, 1 iceberg or romaine lettuce, 2 green cucumbers, 1 jar of black or green olives, 2 cans of coconut milk, 1 stick of butter, 2 packages of eggs, 1 package of cheddar cheese, 1 package of frozen strawberries, 1 package of frozen or regular Brussels sprouts, asparagus would also be great, 1 mayonnaise, 1 chorizo (or any fatty cold cut/sausage), 1 package of bacon, 1 package of frozen cauliflower, 2 avocados, 1 package of coconut flakes, 1 x chives, optionally pickles, such as pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut, optionally erythritol, optionally MCT oil.
