It's nice to find an old video and post it) Mini review of Polarshine E3 Mirka paste for grinding glass, what, how and why We are also preparing an audio podcast with answers to questions. Send questions to the group https://vk.com/stopil Abralon is a multifunctional abrasive on a fabric-foam base for processing flat and profile surfaces. The elastic fabric base freely passes air and water, due to which the grinding wheel can be used both in dry and wet mode, using a grinder and manually. The Abralon Velcro circle is effective for final and pre-polishing grinding of gelcoat, plastic, reinforced fiberglass (GRP), varnish, etc. Coarse grains are recommended for preparing the surface of composite body parts (housing), fine grinding of body parts before applying primer and topcoat. Fine grains are recommended for finishing the primer and bottom coat of varnish, transition zones, areas for eliminating defects on the paintwork and final grinding of varnish before polishing. ADVANTAGES. Multifunctional abrasive material with a unique three-layer elastic structure providing an ultra-fine finish on flat and profile surfaces. The elastic fabric structure makes the abrasive suitable for use in both dry and wet modes of machine and manual grinding. AREAS OF APPLICATION. Suitable for wet grinding of high-gloss paints and varnishes before polishing, preparation for glass polishing. Can be used with or without vacuum pads. Dust removal is not necessary. We work both dry and wet. Polarshine E3 is designed to remove scratches from glass surfaces. Suitable for both regular and tempered window glass. Does not contain silicone. Recommended storage temperature: 15° - 25° C. Polishing recommendations: For best results, use the recommended combination of polishing pad and paste. Recommended polishing speed: 1,200 - 2,000 rpm. Distribute the paste over a relatively small area. Do not apply excessive pressure to the surface. Keep polishing pads clean, as dirty pads can leave scratches on the paintwork. Keep the polishing machine moving to avoid overheating the surface. To ensure a long service life of the polishing pads, it is recommended to clean them with water. Water can be used to cool and moisten the surface during polishing. Avoid drying out the polishing paste during polishing; dried paste can overheat and burn the surface.
