One of them is how to maneuver a plane during ground operations, either heading from the runway to the terminal or vice versa. Many members of the channel had written to me for some time now to make this video and it was time to comply. Moving on the ground through the different taxiways of an airport does not require the same level of skill that a takeoff or landing might require, but it should be noted that it is an equally important maneuver and demands a high level of concentration on the part of the pilot. This is because during this maneuver our plane will be taxiing very close to other aircraft that are on the ground, in addition to this we must also add, the people who are part of the ramp personnel and the operations vehicles, which include the tanker trucks that supply fuel to the aircraft. During this maneuver, the pilot must pay attention to radio communications while receiving instructions from the airport surface control and thus avoid crossing a taxiway without authorization. Well, in this video I will try to clear up any doubts you may have about this maneuver, we will see from the most basic principles of operation, to the most advanced, either using a single-engine aircraft such as the Cessna 172 Skyhawk or a multi-engine aircraft such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. To perform this important maneuver we will use the rudder pedals and the engine power control. Let's go to the simulator and see how it is done. We have reached the end of the video, I hope you have acquired new knowledge. Remember that on my channel you will find other interesting videos related to the wonderful world of aviation.
