About :

Make your own sun-dried meat at home for barbecue, oven and stove in an easy way and without having to hang it on a clothesline or expose it to the sun. Materials: -a piece of meat (brisket tip, soft mattress, fillet cap, sirloin or other soft meat); -salt (preferably grilled - video on how to make it on the channel). You can add seasoning if you want. Salt the meat by rubbing salt all over the surface. Place it in a glass or plastic container, cover or cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 3 hours outside the refrigerator. After 3 hours, turn the piece of meat over, cover and leave it for another 3 hours. After this time, remove the excess salt and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to complete the curing, but it can already be used for your barbecue or other dishes. As soon as the time is up, wash the piece, dry it with a paper towel and you can put it in the refrigerator for up to 30 days wrapped in plastic or freeze it for up to 90 days.
