The key is [email protected] Ingredients ½ cup of millet 2 cups of water ¾ cup of coconut sugar @coprabrasil Pinch of salt Preparation 1. Soak the millet in water for at least 8 hours or overnight; 2. Drain the millet and place it in a blender with 2 cups of water; 3. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture; 4. Pass the mixture through a cheesecloth strainer, squeezing the millet well to extract all the liquid; 5. Return the liquid to the blender, add the sugar and salt, and blend again to combine. 6. Pour the liquid into a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened and reduced to about 1+ ½ cups; 7.
