Lazy dumplings Ingredients: 700 g full-fat cottage cheese 2 eggs 1 cup wheat flour 1 vanilla sugar 2 tablespoons butter 0.5 flat teaspoon salt Ingredients for the sauce: 100 ml 18% cream 2 tablespoons butter 4 teaspoons cane sugar (regular will do) Put the cottage cheese in a bowl (I pressed it through a potato press) you can easily crush it with a fork. Add eggs, flour, salt and vanilla sugar to the cheese mass. Knead everything together. Do not add more flour because the dumplings will be hard. Put our dough on a pastry board sprinkled with flour. Knead thoroughly, form a roll and divide it into 6 parts. From each piece of dough form a roll and cut out dumplings. The thicker the roll, the bigger the dumplings. We throw our dumplings into boiling water and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes from the moment they float to the surface. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add butter and sugar. Mix everything until the ingredients are combined. After cooking, we take the lazy dumplings out using a catcher onto a plate. Pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with cane sugar. My glass has 250 ml. The given ingredients will make 60 dumplings. ENJOY!!!
