Beat the unsalted butter and add brown sugar and mix. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix. Add the maple syrup and mix. 2. Sift the cake flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and ginger powder and mix until you have a lump. Roll out the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. 3. Cut with a shape cutter and place on an oven pan, bake in an oven at 180 degrees (preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes) for about 12 minutes and let cool. 4. Soften unsalted butter, add sugar powder and mix, then add egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix. 5. Sift cake flour and almond powder and mix, shape about 1/3 into a circle, and flatten the remaining dough and harden in the freezer for about 1 hour. 6. Cut the hardened dough into a circle, coat the edges with sprinkles, cut the flattened dough with a shape cutter, place on an oven pan, bake in an oven at 170 degrees (preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes) for about 11 minutes and let cool. 7. Mix sugar powder, egg white, and lemon juice to make icing, decorate on gingerbread cookies, and harden at room temperature. 8.
