Prepare the scoby food (green/black tea with sugar. The recipe is 1C of sugar for each T of tea 2. Put the tea in your clean glass jar 3. Pass one, two or as many scobys as you want into the jar. Make sure that the amount of tea is enough to submerge them all. 4. Cover the jar with a blanket and secure it with a rubber band that tightens and closes the jar well, preventing mosquitoes or other contaminants from entering. 5. Refill and feed with more tea when necessary (the only important thing is that they don't dry out, there doesn't have to be that much tea).
