In this video I show you how you can make a new blouse for yourself from an old men's shirt. The shirt should be 2-3 sizes larger than the size you wear. In the video I first shortened the shirt by 10 cm and then took 4 cm off both sides. You should estimate how much you cut off. It depends on the source material and your clothing size. The strip for the ruffle is 4 cm wide, but you can make this wider. I only shortened the sleeves to the length I wanted at the bottom seam and let them flare out towards the top. Since the sleeve is gathered, you can do it this way.
