HELLO! I'm already a kvassuda hahaha and I want to tell you that every kvass I've made since the first one I made, NOT ONE HAS BEEN THE SAME! Not even if I use the same quantities and type of bread... But hey, that's the art and beauty of fermentation ???? I mention in the video that it is made with rye bread, but it can be made with wheat bread or any bread that has sourdough, since those are the yeasts that cause the fermentation ???? When you taste the kvass and feel that it has reached the point that you like (for me it starts to taste acidic and not very sweet), strain it and pour it into bottles or airtight jars (if you want to carbonate it). 6.
