Gentlemen, just to give you some context. This gang sends text messages to victims claiming that a purchase was made on the victim's credit card. In the message, as you can see, they leave a contact number to dispute the purchase. When contacted via their toll-free number, they try to convince the victim to install a remote control application (Anydesk). Once installed, the scammer has full control of your cell phone and can access your bank accounts and make loans and Pix transfers. Be warned. In similar situations, never call the phone number listed in the text message. Try to contact your bank's central office directly through its official channels.
