How to protect your company's assets and secure your family? Not every entrepreneur immediately has the knowledge and readiness to establish a family foundation - the optimal form of securing assets and family. There is a "pre-foundation" period in which the company owner cannot formally transform the business into a family foundation - most often due to lack of sufficient knowledge or appropriate legal and financial conditions.
