People with a secure style derive satisfaction from closeness with their partner, accept the partner's behaviors that lead to increased closeness and strive for it themselves. They are characterized by the belief that their partner is trustworthy and ready to support in difficult moments. They show satisfaction with the relationship, accept the partner, and engage in the relationship without losing their own autonomy. Additionally, they are open, sensitive, willing to make concessions, and in disputes and conflicts they show a willingness to constructively solve problems. They have a stable, coherent and balanced self-image. 2. People with an avoidant style are not involved in the relationship, do not trust their partner and do not feel satisfied with the relationship. Fears and resistance are caused by the need for closeness and intimate contacts, which are signaled by the other party. They distance themselves from them and show difficulties in accepting the other person. This results from their low level of interpersonal trust and high self-esteem. They believe that they deserve to have close relationships with other people, but because of their need for independence and fear of rejection, they give up on entering into relationships with other people. They tend to abandon other people and get too involved in work that is supposed to replace and compensate for their lack of relationships with others. 3. People with an anxious style are afraid of the durability of the relationship and live in the belief that their partner will leave them. Such individuals constantly wonder and worry whether the relationship is still attractive and satisfying for their partner. They believe that they may look for alternative relationships and sometimes, paradoxically, the partner begins to distance themselves. This is because their self-esteem and interpersonal trust are low. They are very hostile, impulsive and angry. They see themselves in a negative light, but other people in a positive light. They often engage in sexual behaviors that they identify with the need for intimacy. Their relationships are turbulent because they often simultaneously feel joy and fear of abandonment. Moreover, certain relationships are shown in pairing depending on the attachment style of a given individual.
