About :

The electric motor for a washing machine is a specific single-phase asynchronous motor. Its specificity is reflected in the fact that we actually have TWO motors in one housing. One is slow-speed - bidirectional and is used to rotate the drum during washing, and the other is for fast rotation during centrifugation (rotation in one direction). This clip describes a motor with 5 leads. The leads are marked on the connector with the following numbers and are most often conductors of the following colors: 4-WHITE conductor color: - common lead of all windings 1-YELLOW conductor color: - one lead of the slow-rotating winding 2-GREEN conductor color: - second lead of the slow-rotating winding 3-BLUE conductor color: - main fast-rotating winding 5-RED conductor color: - auxiliary fast-rotating winding The most commonly used capacitor is 20uF.
