In this video, I show how to connect a gasoline generator using a 5 kW generator as an example. Why 5 kW? Because this is the most common generator power for a home or summer house. Of course, there are more complex circuits. They are also called ATS (automatic generator start), but this is a more complex design and it requires at least basic skills and knowledge in the field of energy. Of course, there are generators with autostart. As a rule, these are 5, 6, 7 kW gasoline generators. They have an automatic input reserve system (ATS) provided from the factory. However, this is not the best solution in terms of quality (this is for Chinese gasoline generators). It is better to assemble an ATS for a generator separately based on the conditions in which the generator will be used. But this is the topic of another video.
