How to connect a 5-wire WASHING MACHINE MOTOR for your projects EASY!! In this video tutorial of Easy projects with MOTORS and other electrical machines. we are going to make a homemade tool for the workshop with an old washing machine motor with a 5-wire capacitor and an old grinder, before starting with the video remember that we are going to work with the mains voltage in this case for Spain 220 / 230v and as you well know it is quite dangerous, the first thing we are going to do is identify the motor cables, with an analog multimeter, then we are going to look at different combinations to connect the motor, for this we are going to use a power cable with the 3 cables, phase neutral and ground, a 20uf 450v capacitor and when we find the correct combination, we are going to make an electrical box with its switch and commutator to reverse the rotation of the motor, and we are going to use an old grinder that we are going to remove the rotor and the outside casing we are not going to use, we are also going to use a base to mount the whole project and a belt that is recycled from an old printer, in this way we are going to build a multi-tool for the workshop that we can cut, sand, polish, roughen etc. if you like the video do not forget to leave your like thanks.
