Hey guys! This procedure of concreting the staircase ramp first occurs because it is a staircase designed to make a masonry step using bricks, when we are going to make a staircase with concrete steps we make the box and fill everything in one go, the staircase made with brick steps and more economical since part of the step is filled with the brick itself, in our case we made the steps after concrete because the owner of the project decided at the last minute to make the steps out of concrete, which could have been impossible if reinforcement had not been made with iron bars, we made this reinforcement already thinking about the possibility of a future change and that's what happened, the staircase designed to make the brick steps was modified to make a concrete step, as the ramp had been reinforced, we had no problems, we changed it bricks for concrete were good and the stairs were amazing, and the owner of the project was very satisfied, that's what we care about is customer satisfaction.
