This is how you check whether the cylinder head gasket (or the cylinder head itself) is working properly or not. If the gasket is broken, gas from the combustion passes into the water in the radiator, and the blue liquid turns yellow in contact with this gas. I'm not sure if you can trust this test or not, I'd love to hear the wisdom of the masses. Buy it from Amazon, check it out and comment, it's not expensive.
