If you were looking for a video teaching you how to change the block on your Floyd Rose bridge (better known as a floating bridge), you will learn now. In this video, I show you how to change the block on most bridges that use the 'Floyd Rose' tremolo system or, as many like to call it more commonly, a floating bridge. With just a few Allen and Phillips wrenches, you will be able to quickly disassemble your bridge and replace the block. This is very useful and necessary when you have a bridge that works well, but has a zinc block installed from the factory. So, you replace the zinc block with a brass block that will increase resonance, sustain and, in addition to being unbreakable, will improve the final tone of the guitar, something very important for floyd/floating bridges, since the strings are basically supported by the bridge and use less wood, as is the case with fixed bridge guitars, in which the bridge is supported by wood.
