Forget about contributing to the INSS, forget about unemployment insurance or withdrawing the balance you have in the FGTS due to unfair dismissal, don't even think about it, without a formal employment contract there is no such possibility, that is, it has to be made very clear that working without a formal employment contract is a bad deal for you. Everything I am going to say should be paid to you with or without a formal employment contract, but it is obvious that with a formal employment contract you are guaranteed to receive this in most cases, but without a formal employment contract not so much, but let's go. As an example salary, I will use the amount of R$1200.00 and when you do your calculations, replace my salary of R$1200.00 with your salary.
