I used to look with admiration at people who were able to go to the gym, work, prepare dinner, clean the house, read a book, learn a language and write a chapter for a book they were planning to publish on the same day. I would throw myself at big goals and every time I would fall in the running. Until I realized that productivity is not what I thought it was until now. I learned to manage my days so that the tasks I completed would fill me with energy, strength and joy, not with remorse. And I found myself in a place I had always dreamed of. In this episode, I talk about my productivity tricks. Most of them concern the mental understanding of task-relatedness, and some are simple tricks that can be implemented right away. There was also no shortage of philosophical considerations and indirect references to minimalism :) The Evenby podcast is a podcast about minimalism, personal development and self-care.
