Electrical Commands: https://telredes.com.br/curso-de-coma... In this video, we will demonstrate how to assemble a test jig for the power boards of Consul and Brastemp washing machines. The jig was specified for Einstein II boards, but can be adapted and used to test any power board, regardless of brand and model. The test jig is very useful for verifying defects in the board and also for testing after repair, as it is quick and practical. It can be used together with the washing machine's self-test command. In the video published in 2018, I did a repair of the Einstein II power board live using the giga, I will leave the link below: • Repair of the Washer Power Board... List of materials used: 05 Porcelain sockets for E27 model lamps; 05 Lamps (incandescent or halogen) between 5 and 70 W; 01 Power cable with two pins, can be assembled using 1.5 mm² cable and a two-pin socket plug; 08 Female terminals without lock; 03 m of flexible cable 0.75 or 1.0 mm²; 07 Tap Link Blue branch splice connectors; 11 screws for fixing the sockets and power cable support; Miscellaneous: Labels for identification; Solder for electronics; Fixer for the power cable; 01 piece of MDF for the base. #GigaTestWashingBoard #HowToTestWashingBoardPower #OnlineElectronicsCourse #TelredesCourses Telredes Courses “Knowledge for a better life”
