I'll tell you the story of my first real estate investment, and not the least since it's an investment property. I trained online for free before finding a property that suited my personal and financial situation. I quickly ruled out the possibility of buying a house or an apartment! I found my building quickly on LeBonCoin, its ideal location (the crucial point in real estate) immediately interested me, as did the possibility of optimizing rentals and rents (transition from unfurnished to furnished). I'll tell you about some of my mistakes on this first transaction, in particular having chosen the same notary as the seller. I'll also tell you how I did my banking procedures, what credit I wanted and what I got. You'll see that the relationship with real estate professionals is an essential strength of the investor. I'll also share with you my victories and disappointments (not negotiating enough...), the management of tenants in the early days and the renovations that were carried out in the apartments. I am not an investment professional recognized by the state or any organization. I am just an individual who makes investments in her free time and shares her experience and her journey in video.
