On June 1st, 2021, Fredi Bobic officially became the Managing Director of Sport at Hertha BSC. Bobic led Eintracht Frankfurt back into European business and sensationally won the DFB Cup with SGE...he seemed the right man for Hertha's European Cup dreams and was therefore signed for 2.5 million euros. But things turned out differently, 606 days after taking office, he was fired: Instead of playing internationally, Hertha played catastrophically. It was the result of a man who not only ruined his own career...he managed to ruin an entire club. This is the story of the exponential decline of Fredi Bobic's career.
